According to NEET brochure you have to apply for CODE 5 which is defined for the candidates who are studying in the first year of the three years’ degree course of a recognized University with PCB (that includes practical tests in the given subjects) provided the examination is a University Examination.
So, yes you can take admission to the medical college which you have got through NEET, and your BSc course will not effect in any way.

The eligibility for NEET is candidates must have passed 10+2 or equivalent with Physics, Chemistry, Biology/Biotechnology and English as core subjects from a recognized board. Candidates who are appearing for the class 12 or equivalent exam are also eligible to apply for NEET 2020. Minimum marks are separate for each category and can be listed as under. The marks to be considered are aggregate marks only for PCB subjects UR - 50%, OBC/SC/ST - 40%, PWD - 45%
