Hello aspirant

It is difficult to say that you will get a medical seat in maharaja agrasen college or not .

We can't estimate neet 2024 results . Also you have not yet appeared for the exam.

Yes we should always think of best but this time is too early to predict anything , we can predict anything after Commencement of Neet 2024.

It depends upon cutoff neet 2024 , it varies statewise and cut off changes every year. It depends upon number of seats available,  number of candidates,  Normalisation method, previous year's cut off , difficulty level of exam etc.

However neet cut off 2023 for obc category,  Hisar was 587 .

Anyways if you get 540 marks , it will be great achievement for you. At this score and being obc category candidate you will get medical seat in Agrasen college but whether you will get mbbs or bds , can't say , again depends upon cutoff neet 2024.

Question : Mona purchased two sets of jewellery for INR 4,000 each. She sold these sets of jewellery, gaining 8% on one and losing 6% on the other. Calculate her total loss or gain in this whole transaction.

Option 1: INR 120 gain

Option 2: INR 80 gain

Option 3: INR 80 loss

Option 4: INR 120 loss

Team Careers360 21st Jan, 2024

Correct Answer: INR 80 gain

Solution : Mona purchased two sets of jewellery for INR 4,000 each.
She sold these sets of jewellery, gaining 8% on one.
Selling price = $\frac{100+ \text{Profit}\%}{100}×$ Cost price
So, selling price is $\frac{108}{100}×4000$ = INR 4320
She sold the 2nd set of jewellery at a loss of 6%.
Selling price = $\frac{100- \text{Loss}\%}{100}×$ Cost price
So, selling price is $\frac{94}{100}×4000$ = INR 3760
Total selling price = (4320 + 3760) = INR 8080
$\therefore$ Her profit is (8080 – 8000) = INR 80
Hence, the correct answer is INR 80 gain.

Question : Select the option that can be used as a one-word substitute for the given group of words.
Centre of public attention

Option 1: Ambiguity

Option 2: Obscurity

Option 3: Fuzziness

Option 4: Limelight

Team Careers360 19th Jan, 2024

Correct Answer: Limelight

Solution : The correct choice is the fourth option.

Explanation: The term "limelight" is commonly used as a metaphor for being the centre of public attention or scrutiny. Historically, limelight was a bright light source used in theatres to illuminate performers on stage, making them the focal point for the audience. Over time, the word "limelight" has evolved to signify being in the public eye or the focus of attention.
The meanings of the other options are as follows:

  • Ambiguity refers to the quality of being open to more than one interpretation.
  • Obscurity means the state of being unknown or inconspicuous.
  • Fuzziness refers to a lack of clarity or sharpness.

Therefore, the correct answer is limelight.

Tanya Gupta 18th Jan, 2024

Hello,

Yes, you can discontinue your course from Army Medical college if you get into AFMC for MBBS. A lot of students do the same thing after clearing their MBBS. All you need to do is inform the concerned authorities of your college about this discontinuation along with the reason and theg will guide you with the further process.

I hope this helps,

Thank you
