MD peadiatrics is an amazing branch .
And cutoff for MD peadiatrics changes almost every year depending on how many candidates appeared for the exam,and the difficulty of the exam. All these factors contribute cutoff marks and rank .
There are 26 colleges in Andhra Pradesh 172 seats.
For Open AIQ opening and closing ranks of are ranging from All India Quota 574 to 697
You and refer to these previous year cutoff ranks to have some idea about the cut off this year

THERE IS 1% RESERVATION FOR WARDS OF ARMY PERSONNEL IN RAJASTHAN MEDICAL COLLEGES-

  • As per the Kendriya Sainik Kalyan Board, the defense seat is admissible for only one member of the family. Only wards of Defence Personnel from Army, Air Force & Navy
  • Priority orders for Defence Seat Reservation Rules as per letter no. 6(1)/2017/D(Res.II), dated 30.11.2017, of Govt. of India

  • Widows/Wards of Defence Personnel killed in action
  • Wards of those Disabled in action and boarded out from service
  • Widows/Wards of that defence personnel who died while in service with death attributable to military service
  • Wards of those Disabled in service and boarded out with disability attributable to military service
  • Wards of ex-servicemen and serving personnel who are in receipt of Gallantry Award
  • Wards of ex-servicemen.
  • Wives of (i) defence personnel disabled in action and boarded out from service (ii) defence personnel disabled in service and boarded out with disability attributable to military services (iii) ex-servicemen and serving personnel who are in receipt of Gallantry Award
  • Wards of serving personnel
  • Wives of serving personnel

FOR PUNJAB-

There is 2% reservation for persons killed in terrorist action in 1984 riots or wards of defence personal-

  • killed in action
  • serving/retired defence personnel/ESM
  • Gallantry awards/other award winners
  • disabled in service
  • died while in service

Looking at the previous year NEET PG Cutoff, you have difficult chances to get MS or DNB seat admission in Government medical Colleges. However, you have good chances to get private medical colleges or deemed universities under this rank. The last year closing cutoff for MD/MS/DNB seat in government Medical colleges were around 22K to 28K.
