Medical Colleges
Dear aspirant
First of all heartiest congratulations for scoring such good marks.
You haven't mentioned your category I'll assume you belong to Gen category.
All india quota counseling cut off marks every year goes around 600+ marks, so you will get low ranked college or newly opened govt medical College only so it's better for you to take college through your West Bengal state quota.
Here you will have similar language, you will be in your state,no food issues, these are important things which may affect if you go form AIQ counseling,if you were getting very good college in AIQ then there was problem but at your expected marks you will get low ranked govt medical College.
In west bengal state quota counseling last year cut off marks for Gen category was 572 marks for GMC, coochbehar. You might be allotted following college in state quota counseling

Dear aspirant,
It is quite difficult to predict the exact cutoff trend as it varies every year depending on the number of students attempting the exam, the difficulty level of the paper etc.
If you belong to the general category you'll usually need 645+ to get into these top colleges like AIMS, Delhi, PGIMER, CMC Vellore etc . via All India Quota. Hence, with around 600 it might be slightly difficult to get into these colleges.
Your opportunities might vary based on your home state and category.
Please check the link below for more details on what options you have.
Hope this helps.

Rajasthan State quota counseling cut off marks goes even higher than 15% AIQ counseling cutoff marks as it is one of most competitive state in terms of neet and a large number of candidates appears for NEET exam.
At your expected marks you have pretty much good chances of you to get govt MBBS seat in AIQ counseling as it's cut off marks is almost 600+ marks for Gen category if we see last two year trends.
Rajasthan State quota counseling cut off marks for Gen category was 631 marks in first round but is decreased sharply and 610 marks was cut off marks in second round counseling of NEET 2021. Now if we talk about neet 2020 then cut off marks was 617 marks for Gen category upto second round of counseling.
so if we compare you are nearly on the borderline and nothing can be said confirmed but yes you might have some chances in second round or mop up round which is held offline in rajasthan state quota counseling.
although there are confirmed chance of you getting payment seats in govt medical College of Rajasthan,so you can go for that also, payment seats fee's is around 7.5 lakh/annum in rajsthan.
you can check previous year cutoff marks for Gen category in rajsthan state quota counseling from link below

Hello sir,
Deemed colleges in Karnataka such as JSS Medical College. JNMC Belgavi, KS Hegde Medical College had a cut-off of 416, 435 and 423 RESPECTIVELY. If the cut off decreases by 5-10 marks this year, the candidate has a good chance of getting a seat in these colleges.
However, BLDE Bijapur had a cut off of 343 marks and Yenepoya Medical College had a cut off of 373 marks, Sri Siddhartha Medical College, Tumkur had a cut off of 370 marks. The candidate can get a seat in these colleges in the first round itself.
Other reputed medical colleges are-
Jawaharlal Nehru medical College, Wardha- 243
MG institute of Medical Sciences, Kochi- 407
Muzzafarnagar Medical College- 400
Hope it helps!
