As you said you will complete your bsc from the respective College and also that you will be completing it by 2020 . Also that you are interested for Mac in microbiology, bio chemistry, psychology etc. So you can try for Delhi university. Forms will be out by end of october or november and it will be open for a month . And they do provide many courses in MSc. They take an entrance test for MSc unlike for the bsc . To get MBBS seat at Maulana Azad Medical College, Delhi you don't require Domicile of Delhi as per previous information. The NEET Score varies as per category, difficulty level of the test, total number of seats, etc. So the NEET UG Cut off as per category are as follows,

General 50 Percentile 701 Score

Minority 40-45 Percentile 133 Score.

This  is the 2019 years's cut off hence you need to score more than that.

Your NEET exam rank is not so good as your marks must be above 400 to grab a seat in Nevru Homeopathic Medical College Delhi.

Neet scores vary year to year depending on the difficulty of exam and number of students applying so there is very little chance but as you belong to Unreserved catrgoca again it will be a problem.

A score of 611 is a very good score. If we look at the last year's cut off marks which are 620 and above for open category under All India Quota counselling in Delhi then the chances of admission are less. You can get admission for BDS courses in Delhi under All India Quota counselling.

If you are ready to study in other medical colleges that is in other states like Tamil Nadu, Maharashtra, Uttar Pradesh, etc. then I can suggest a few colleges for MBBS under All India Quota counselling
