If you qualify the eligibility criteria for EAMCET, then there won't be any issue.The candidates should have completed 16 years of age as on December 31, 2019. It should be noted that there is no upper age limit for TS EAMCET 2019. If applying for admission into B.Tech in Dairy Technology, Agricultural Engineering and Food Technology, the candidates should have completed 17 years of age as on December 31, 2019. The upper age limit for General category candidates is 22 years and for SC/ST candidates is 25 years as on December 31, 2019. Candidates should have qualified or appeared in 10+2 (or equivalent) examination with Mathematics, Physics as compulsory subjects and Chemistry/Biotechnology/Biology as optional subjects or related vocational courses in the fields of Engineering and Technology, conducted by the Board of Intermediate Education, Telangana or Andhra Pradesh. Should have passed or appeared at the final year of the Diploma exam in Engineering conducted by the State Board of Technical Education and Training, Telangana or Andhra Pradesh or any other examination recognized equivalent to the State Board of Technical Education and Training, Telangana or Andhra Pradesh. Those candidates who are applying for B.Tech in Food Technology should have qualified or appeared in 10+2 (or equivalent) examination from a recognized board as equivalent to the Board of Intermediate Education, Telangana or Andhra Pradesh with any two or three of the subjects: Mathematics, Physical Sciences OR Physical Sciences, Biological or Natural Sciences. Should have secured minimum 45% aggregate marks in the subjects mentioned above in 10+2 or any equivalent examination (For reserved category the aggregate marks is 40%). Should be of Indian Nationality or Persons of Indian Origin (PIO) or must be Overseas Citizen of India (OCI) card holders. The candidates should belong to the state of Telangana or Andhra Pradesh.Should satisfy local/non-local status requirements as set in Telangana or Andhra Pradesh, Educational Institutions (Regulation of Admission) order, 1974.

Yes you can go for two degrees at the same time , It is completely legit and you can pursue two degrees at a time. But you cannot do two regular degrees , it should be One Regular from any college/university and other from Distance Education Programs like IGNOU.
