i am doing 6th semester of polytechnic diploma in Mining engineering ,i want to build my career with Indian Navy ,show me the best way sir?

The recruitment process of Indian Navy

There are two types of Position in Indian Navy. One is Sailor and the other one is Officer. There are few entrance examinations through which you can get a job in the Indian Navy. Such as, NDA (UPSC) I, NDA (UPSC) II, Combined Defence Service Exam - I - CDSE (UPSC), Combined Defence Service Exam - II - CDSE (UPSC), 10+2 (B.Tech) Cadet Entry, Indian Navy Entrance Test (INET), Artificer Apprentice (AA), SSR Entry. The main exam of Indian Navy Officer Recruitment is INET Entry. The selection procedure is computer based written examination followed by SSB and bachelors degree in engineering with 60% aggregate in all semesters. Besides these, the candidates must have physics and mathematics during their higher secondary examination. The age limit is 16 to 24. This is only for the male candidates. There are two papers in this Examination. One paper consisting of Mathematics and the another paper consisting with General Awareness and English. A Fitness Test is also conducted by the authority at the next round every year.  It is a permanent job.


As you are going to complete polytechnic diploma in Mining Engineering, the process will be different from others. You must have passed 10th or 12th or any diploma with minimum 55% marks in Physics, Chemistry and Mathematics. Your age should be 16.5 to 19 years and it is obvious that you should be physically fit. Diploma Polytechnic students can join Merchant Navy only if the student have Mechanical or Electrical and it's sub branches. A diploma Engineer can join  course which will finally lead to BE or BS  Marine Engineering. After that the Engineer can join vessel as TME.

If you want to do diploma in mining engineering then your intention can be full filled in a polytechnic college also.

If you have got a provisional letter from Pakur polytechnic  college, Jharkhand for diploma in mining engineering admission will be the best for you to take admission in Pakur polytechnic College which is a private polytechnic college in Jharkhand for admission in Diploma in mining Engineering.

Orissa School of Mining Engineering is situated in Kendujhar in Odisha. Established in 1956 It is affiliated to Biju Patnaik University of Technology. Admission to 3 year Diploma course is made through Diploma Entrance Test. The The admission dates for Diploma courses has not been released yet. there is nothing mention like distance course for Diploma in mining engineering in Orissa School of Mining Engineering.

Diploma in Mining Engineering is a 3 years long Diploma certificate program. Students who have passed 10th standard are eligible to pursue this course. This course can also be pursued after 10+2 Science stream having Mathematics as their subject. Most institutes usually have the ‘direct admission’ or ‘merit based admission’ process. Interested students have to approach the institute and fill up the admission form.
