No, as of now the state counselling for Madhya Pradesh has not started but is expected to begin soon . Firstly the merit list for the state will be released then the students need to register themselves online on the official counselling website of Counselling authority of Madhya Pradesh for NEET UG-2021 for admission into courses like MBBS,BDS and Ayush .

For your convenience,I'll give you the link of the official website of DME,MP below . You can copy this address on a web browser and click on search . You'll land on their official website and you need to keep visiting it regularly for further updates on state counselling of Madhya Pradesh .

NEET 2021 results have been declared by National Testing Agency and the Counseling process for seat allotment is expected to begin in next few days.

It is very important for you to have domicile certificate to participate in State counseling of colleges you are having certificate of.

Also I would like to tell you that there are only few states in India which allows students from other states to take admission in their medical colleges through State counseling.

Also these admission are in private medical colleges only.

Students can participate in these state counselling  irrespective of their domicile. Madhya Pradesh is one such state but there is a condition Non Domicile holders are Allowed but from 2nd round of state counseling.

Also you must know that there are closed states that don’t allow other state student. On the other hand some states are there which are not open for all. In these states only state domicile candidates can take admission. Maharashtra is one such state where only Domicile certificate owners can participate in state counseling .

Yes registration is required for listing of your name in the merit list of MP for NEET 2021. Whatever domicile you have entered while filling NEET UG 2021 Application form, according to it your name and NEET 2021 score will be sent by National testing Agency to the competent authority responsible for state quota counselling of your state, but you also have to register for state counselling of NEET 2021 in your state then only your name will be mentioned in the state merit list and counselling list. As of now the dates for registration has not been announced by the competent authorities so you have to wait for it.
