Jammu and Kashmir students are not eligible for 15% all India counselling conducted for government medical colleges though this year had the opportunity to participate in all only counselling by opting out of Jammu and Kashmir state quota while filling the Neet application form, in case if you had opted out then do let me know in comment

For getting the benefit of state quota , it is necessary to have the domicile certificate of MP state itself, because at times authorities ask for the domicile certificate, if its from Haryana it would create a problem. Go for a safer side and take a prudent decision. you may refer to the requirement of documents for MPDTE .

Nowadays, state quota is applicable of you either have aadhar card of that state Or you passed class 10th and 12th from that state.

As your son completed 10th and 12th from MP, he will surely get state quota state from MP.
