For example if you are planning to go in Fall of 2023 then you need to start working on your application from October or November 2022. Application process takes really long in universities of USA/Canada or any other countries

Exams like IELTS and TOEFL has their timetables preplanned which will be available on their website. You can visit their website and choose a date is appropriate for you. You can choose the date and centre, while applying for the exam.

Results for TOEFL takes usually 8-10 calendar days. Your score will be available online by this period. IELTS results take usually 5-7 calendar days to be displayed online. For hard copy of your score you need to wait few more days since they deliver it to you on your passport address or address you mentioned in your exam application.

To start your MS in countries outside of india you need to start the application procedure 6 months - 1 year prior to the intake you planning to go. Before starting the application you need to attempt one these exams (IELTS/TOEFL). Once you get your results and all the documents needed for application it'll take 6-8 months to start your program.

Yes you've heard it right. The visas are getting delayed due to such high number of applicants. They have also announced a task force that is helping them clearing out visas of applicants as soon as possible. As you are a student and would apply for student visa there is a high chance of getting your visa as student visas gets a priority, and if you submit everything according to the requirements and make no mistakes by any chance. Also you should apply way to early and not at the last moment, if you are all ready to go for Canada.

This is a thing that is totally not in our hands. Canada has been denying visas to Indian students especially after the case in which four students with high IELTS score were caught who even had difficulty in speaking basic English. The most advisable step would be to select an alternative university as the future of education for Indian students is very uncertain at this time.
