It's strict if you are a first year. And gets a bit relaxed when you become senior. That's what I have heard.
A formal shirt and Pant. No T-shirts whatsoever.
Although it's advisable to tuck your shirts in, I have not seen my professors barking at us for not doing so.
No beard. At all. They don't want Kabir Singhs. (Although mere outlines of beard may not look so disturbing to the professors.)
No Casual shoes. A formal one is highly advisable. (You can wear some casual ones but they must not be that casual. Or you will lose your most important reward - Attendance)

as per answer to your question yes, you can do MS after BAMS, for post graduation
but there are only a few surgeries which are legally allowed to practice by the MS (Ayu)
here are some of the examples of the surgeries which the MS (Ayu) can perform Abscess draining, basic OT suturing, surgical excision of fistula-in-ano, haemorrhoids, and other minor OT surgeries are permitted for B.A.M.S graduates. However they cannot work with other major surgeries.

Yes, you can surely go . There is no need to hesitate. You have successfully completed B.Tech last year. If you are getting chance in a reputed college abroad to take up MS course, you must go. One year late will not have any effect if you are successful.

Yes you can get a good package job under ece branch. Many companies offer about 8-12 lac/ annum package. You can also go for the off campus placement of different MNCs, they conduct exams and interview rounds. You keep in mind to get a good GPA in exam and must have a good knowledge about ece field's . Go for preparing projects it will help you get a job more easily and to attract the employers .
If you are going for Ms then it will a good option for the teaching or professor line. It will be a very saturated job carrer as compare to working in a corporate sector. You can also get higher package job after doing Ms, but the best option after Ms is to get a professor carrer..

If your intake is in January, your visa application process will likely begin a few months beforehand, and unless I'm mistaken, you must have your IELTS results in hand before the application process can begin.
