M.S
Hey,
Based on previous year data, with 355 marks you may get a rank between 273827- 286921. You can also predict your rank using NEET Rank Predictor https://medicine.careers360.com/neet-rank-predictor?utm_source=qna&utm_medium=neet_rp
Since you are not from Karnataka, you are only eligible for the private seats in medical colleges here. In 2020, the cut off rank for M.S Ramaiah Medical college was 18700. So based on this it is quite difficult for you to get a medical seat in this college.
You can surely get management quota seats in deemed Universities. To get a complete list of colleges in which you can have a medical or dental seat you can use NEET College Predictor https://medicine.careers360.com/neet-college-predictor?utm_source=qna&utm_medium=neet_cp
Just NAAC Accredited institute will hold little or no value in admissions in foreign institutes. Nothing short of A grade in NAAC will work towards any notable recognition anywhere in the world.
While seeking foreign admissions in engineering streams, NBA of relevant UG program is far more enabling than NAAC accreditation.
However, it would be advantageous to mention Accreditation grade in application only if it is A, A+ or A++. Don’t mention any of B series of grade or below it, to spoil your chances.

You must earn the certification of MCI, Medical Council of India Act.
Having this certificate allows medical students of India to study medicine in other countries.
To practice afterwards in India or continuing further studies, you need to have MCI certificate.
The MCI will issue no-objection certificate to students to study medicine in abroad only after fulfillment of these requirements.
After completion of medical degree in abroad, the students must clear the “Foreign Medical Graduate Test” conducted by the MCI through National Board of Examinations twice a year in March and September months.
The exam consists of two papers with 300 marks. All the questions are of multiple-choice format and there is no negative marking.
And you must score above 50 percent in the exams to get this certificate.
