Hii there, your questions seems quite confusing, but still I want to to make you know about NIT Nagaland, it is established in 2010. College is same for both branches, so there is not much difference, but yes its about your interest, whether you want to opt for ECE or E&IE barnch. Both are having done differences. Like E&IE deals with logic design of instruments required in industries and process control while ece is about communication. Both tend to have inclination to some cse subjects.

I will say you must visit ( search about) each of these colleges and search for their placements ,academic ,hostel facilities etc . To be honest, both these colleges are really good. But for a comparitively better one, NIT mizoram is the better one in terms of placements. Here are the other factors you can consider:

Infrastructure and college life:

It has a wonderful infrastructure with well equipped labs and classrooms. Hostels are pretty decent and nice enviroment is always maintained. You can see that the campus life is going to be really well. College life is good with the right kind of atmosphere given to the students who come from different places.

F aculty and quality of education:

All the faculties are well qualified and experienced over here. And education, curriculum is made in such a way that students are made to acquire more hands on knowledge than just the theory. It is not just the books and classes. Focuses more on practical knowledge than the therotical one. Education quality and the way guidance is given is really good.

Placements:

Placements are really good as many good companies visit this college. Most of the students gets placed and opportunities of internship is provided to the students from wide range of companies. last year package went till 18 lpa

Yes you can certainly get jobs if you complete mechanical engineering with NIT Nagaland. National Institute Of Technology is one of the best NIT's. Speaking about the placements the college has excellent placement records for CS and other branches, Mechanical engineering placement records are low compared to other branches but still you could get jobs.
