As per previous year cut off, NIFT hyderabad fashion communication seats were filled up by CMR 1771 in OBC category. 

With CMR 4186 it won't be possible to get fashion communication in NIFT hyderabad. But, you can get in NIFT srinagar. You may try for other courses as well.

Based on your CMR of 4186, it won't be possible to get FD, TD, AD courses in Hyderabad as the last rank admitted in the previous year in obc category is 2533.

But, you can try in another branches. For AD, you may get NIFT bhopal, NIFT raebareli, NIFT shillong, NIFT kangra and NIFT jodhpur. You may try for other courses as well.

But, you can try in another branches. For TD, You may get NIFT kangra. You may also try other courses.

NIFT Eligibility Criteria 2019

Candidates, who are interested in applying for the undergraduate design and fashion technology courses, can check the prescribed eligibility criteria of NIFT admission 2019 below:

Maximum age-23 years as on October 1, 2018. The upper age limit may be relaxed by a period of five years for the candidates belonging to Scheduled Caste/Scheduled Tribe/Differently Abled Person (PHP).

Educational qualification- Aspirants must have cleared the +2 level examination in the 10+2 pattern of examination of any recognized Central/State Board of Secondary Examination.

NIFT Exam Pattern 2019

The written test of NIFT 2019, Creative Ability Test (CAT) and General Ability Test (GAT) evaluate the test-takers’ knowledge, abilities and design aptitude. Candidates seeking B.Des. admissions appear for both- CAT and GAT, while those looking for admission in B.F.Tech programme take GAT only. Moreover, the candidates shortlisted after CAT and GAT had to appear for situation test as well.

Exam Pattern of NIFT 2019 Creative Ability Test (CAT) for Bachelor of Design

This test judges the intuitive ability, observation power in concept development and design ability of the test-takers. An important aspect is to evaluate the creative and innovative use of colour and illustration skills.

The authorities declared NIFT B.Des 2019 Result on March 25. The shortlisted candidates had to take situation test. National Institute of Fashion Technology declared NIFT B.Des 2019 Final Result on May 20. Since it is late to answer this query, I hope your query is resolved.

No doubt that the cutoff scores  may decrease by some level with an increase in the no. Of seats of institute. But that directly does not mean that the cutoffs will go down because this is not the only factor on which the cutoffs depend. Cutoffs  increase  with increase in the easiness of question paper , no.of students appeared for the exam. So , if any of these two factors increase , cutoffs may increase . So the main cutoffs will be a result of all of these factors.
