If your school do not provide NCC facility then you can contact commanding Officer of the nearest NCC unit for further Guidance.
OR after completing your 18.5 years of age you can join NCC senior division in your college or if your college also not provide then you can join open cadet in NCC. Open Cadet in NCC is open to all regular students of school and college on a voluntary basis.
AND also, All the Regular students of School and college can join open cadet in NCC an a voluntary basis.
There students have not any liability for active military service.

Yes, if you have 'A' or 'B' grade in 'C' certificate then NCC 'C' certification provides you 10-15 bonus marks in paramilitary forces recruitment i.e. BSF, CISF, CRPF, SSB etc.
Also,If you have NCC 'C' certificate then your written test for the post of Soldier GD will be waived off.

I want to make one thing clear for you that cut-offs changes from year to year and may increase or decrease or may remain same.
Cut-offs depends on many factors like
1. Number of seats available.
2. Difficulty level of the exam.
3. Number of students appeared in the exam.
4. Caste Category of the students.

Cut-offs for colleges change every year depending upon several factors such as-

It's the only state in the country which provides quota to National Cadet Corps' (NCC) candidates in undergraduate professional courses, including engineering and medicine . The Director General (DG) of NCC has now advised other states to emulate Karnataka.
NCC Cadets have reservation in many Government jobs, especially in the State and Central Police and in paramilitary forces . NCC cadets have a lot of academic incentives too.

If you wants to become the part of National Cadet Copes (NCC) ,then you have to fulfill the eligibility criteria of NCC.
You have to apply in Senior division.
Eligibility criteria for this Course are listed below :-
Nationality - the candidate must be a citizen of India.
Educational qualifications - must have enrolled in Undergraduate course or posses graduate degree from recognized university.
Age limit for NCC - maximum 26 yrs of Age for senior division.
Gap year does not matter although you have to fulfill the eligibility criteria .
The educational institution in which the student is studying not be having NCC, then you can apply in NCC unit that have been declared on Open Unit.
