Hello aspirant,
UP ke medical college se MBBS karne ke liye NCC certificate holders ke liye total 1% seats hain jo ki approximately 41 seats hote hain total UP NEET admission matrix mein ( Total seats in UP is 4078). App agar AFMC mein apply karoge toh aapko extra points milenge.
Look there are two divisions in NCC , one is Junior division and another is
Senior division .
Senior division starts above class 10th on wards
talking about the age limit so the minimum age limit is13 yrs and
maximum age limit is 26 yrs.
There are several pharmacy college that also provides NCC training like
Hindu college of pharmacy provide NCC training in Andhra Pradesh
NIRMA university in Gujrat its NIRF ranking is 17 in pharmacy sector
and several more college are there.
but if you want to pursue pharmacy and your college or institute does
not provide NCC training so, you can join NCC as open cadet.
open cadet generally sent to other college or same university which have NCC.
The main benefits for NCC students are apart from personality development skills it also get a certificate after completing the training.
So, according to me open cadet joining can also
a good way out to pursue both together.
Good luck!

Hello,
If you are enquiring about AP EAPCET counselling you cannot apply for second counselling under NCC special category. Once if you have registered for first phase counselling you cannot register as fresh candidate in 2nd phase counselling. If you wish to participate in second phase counselling you need to directly exercise web options as per the schedule. Candidates who have secured admission in first phase counselling but wish to participate in second phase counselling to get better choice of Institute and branch may participate in 2nd phase counselling. Candidates who did not get seat allotment in first phase may also participate in second phase and the candidates who didn't register for first phase counselling can also participate in second phase counselling.

If you are a school going student and your school doesn't has NCC then there is no other means by which you would be able to join NCC.
If you are very passionate about NCC then kindly change the school to a school which offers NCC program.
Unfortunately, it is not possible for you to join NCC without being a college student. You also need to check if the college has NCC into the student activities program.
Even if it does not you can join NCC as an open cadet but you need to be an undergraduate student.
I hope you find the answer helpful.
Thank you.
