If you want to join National cadet Corps then you have to apply to the commanding officer of the nearest National cadet Corps unit. The candidate need to fill up form there and sign in his presence. The candidate must be careful that the application is in proper form. After this the commanding officer make further requirements. After these requirements medical examination is done of the candidate.

For getting selected in any college of NCC you have to do the same procedure with some slight changes. Firstly you have to fill the form which you will be getting from the college itself. Then you just have to participate in the physical examination which again will be notified by your college only. Then after qualifying certain medical tests will be done. After qualifying it too you will ne selected in NCC.

The students from class 9 to 12 can join the junior level whereas after 12 you can join the high level training. Some of the leading colleges that offer NCC courses are enlisted following :
There is no fee for NCC if you get admission in Government NCC Cadets. However, you need to pay for an NCC uniform, belt, shoes, NCC cap, and many more. However, several colleges and schools may ask to pay for Annual Training Camp, parade, or other charges.
The NCC Course includes three type certificates and requires five years to complete the certification course. Two years are required to get A Certificate, two years for a B certificate, and one year for a C certificate.
The minimum age to join NCC is 13 years. Additionally, the maximum age of the candidate is 26 years to join NCC.
