So directly it's not possible by getting admission on that only so there is the consideration of both the things your entrance exam marks and your ncc certificate value marks which is already decided by the university which you can check from the college website or from the prospectus.

So if your entrance exam marks plus ncc certificate valued marks makes the cut off marks then sure you can take the admission in the desired course of which you had given your entrance exam.

NCC, i.e. National Cadet Corps is India's military cadet corps which offers students in schools and colleges with basic military training. It is comprised by Army, Navy and Air Force. Its goal is to develop studnets into responsible and patriotic citizens. It is a Tri-Services Organisation that is dedicated to training the country's youth into disciplined citizens. It is open to school and college students on a voluntary basis. Basic military training in small arms and drill is provided to the Cadets. Once the Officers and Cadets have completed their training, they have no liability or obligation to serve in the military.

There is no weightage given to the students based on their NCC certificates in NEET exam.

The reservation system given only for OBC - NCL SC and ST category candidates. Physically handicapped or Person with Disability can also avail reservation benefits.

As such there is no reservation for NCC B certificate holders.

In order to tell you about the availability of NCC Facility in a college, you will have to mention the name of the college for which you are referring to in your question. Even if a college does not provide this facility, one can join NCC as an open cadet. Open Cadets are generally sent to other college of the same university which have NCC. If selected the college takes physical efficiency test, written test and also interviews. Although, the selection criteria may differ a bit. Please mention the name of the college you want to know about. You may ask in the comment section or repost your question with complete details.

Unfortunately, it is not possible for you to join NCC without being a college student. You also need to check if the college has NCC into the student activities program. Even if it does not you can join NCC as an open cadet but you need to be an undergraduate student.

There is no reservation for NCC certificate holders in NEET......

Seats are allotted only on the basis of General, SC, ST, OBC and physically handicapped category.....

NCC B certificate is helpful in State Counselling and not in All India Counselling.....
