Dear aspirant,
As you hav secured 35k rank in ap EAMCET and taking into consideration that you are an oc student and special category too which ncc b certificate so let me tell you that you have good chances to get a good college.
But various factors are considered while deciding the cut offs like number of candidates appearing in the examination, number of vacant seats in college, previous years cut offs, and difficulty level of the paper.

Hello Buddy! Hope you're doing good.
The NCC certificate is of great importance in the field of military defense. Whether you have NCC 'A' 'B' or 'C' certificate doesn't matter for NEET examination as there's no reservation for NCC certificate holders in NEET. Seats are allotted only on the basis of General, OBC, SC, ST and Physically Handicapped category. It is also available on the basis of male and female but there's no policy for NCC candidates. Hope this will help you.
ALL THE BEST! WORK HARD !!
