Hello candidate,
The class 12th chemistry syllabus consists of various topics which are quite useful not only for your entrance examinations but also during the preliminary years of your college schedule.
These topics such as substitutions and elimination reactions, neighbouring group participation concept, a few name specific reactions and most importantly you need to to understand the mechanism behind this reacting compounds so that you can get to distinguish between the major and the minor product on an individual basis.
First of all you can refer to the class 12th NCERT Chemistry book and then can use help book such as Himanshu Pandey in order to solve questions and get your concept clear on a larger set of problems.
Hope you found it helpful. If you have any further queries feel free to post it here!!
As per my experience everyone who cracked neet said that read the ncert of biology as all the questions come from ncert... But reading ncert is nt easy because in one line there is given the information of 4 lines means before reading we should almost know very well about the chapter... Then we can understand what actually is in ncert... It is ture that all the things are in ncert but it is not easy to grab those all... The one line of ncert carries a huge knowledge... If we start reading it without knowing what actually it is then we can only understand the line meaning not the things or questions which actually are behind it... So first read the chapters from ur other sources well and then revise it from ncert...

See this is a misconception that questions are asked from NCERT. If you analyze the previous year question then you will find a very little number of exact question in NCERT.
The purpose of NCERT is that if you read the book thoroughly and build your concepts then you can get about 50-60% question which are of the similar type of question in the book or if you read the NCERT only then the concepts you will get only from NCERT will help you to solve over 50-60% of NEET question.
As we all know NEET is a very competitive examination. So to create distinctions from the lot of students, the paper need to be moulded in such a manner that the deserving candidate get the seat. So the sequence you must follow for reading Chemistry:
Some of the books you may follow for NEET chemistry:
Physical Chemistry by OP Tandon
ABC of Chemistry for Classes 11 and 12 by Modern
Concise Inorganic Chemistry by JD Lee
Dinesh Chemistry Guide
Practise books by VK Jaiswal (Inorganic), MS Chauhan (Organic) and N Awasthi (Physical)

Hello student.
See actually there are huge difference between West Bengal joint mathematics and JEE mains mathematics. The difficulty level of JEE MAIN mathematics is more than than WBjee. If you are only preparing for or West Bengal joint, then my advice is that if you from Bengal Board you should go for general Syllabus book, practise previous year question papers and do lots of mocktests.
But if you are preparing for both JEE main and WB jee then you should go through NCERT for all basic mathematics and formula, but you always should practice good books like RD Sharma to have a better idea about all types of questions.
