NCERT
Hi,
It will be suggested for you to go for the NCERT of both class 11 and 12 before moving on to any of the reference book for JEE preparation. NCERT will help in clearing your basics and making your conceptual knowledge strong. First, be thorough with the NCERT and then move on to any of the good reference books of your choice. Do practice daily and attempt as many mock tests along with reading. It will help in getting more familiar with the exam pattern and will boost confidence.

Admitted fact that the questions asked in the joint entrance examinations are definitely from the NCERT syllabus but the level of questions are not the same as asked in the NCERT books.
So, finding it difficult to solve sach model questions of J level then the best way is that you search the internet or can consult any good front or teacher who can help you to solve out your problems.

All the best.
By only limiting preparation to JEE, yet if done seriously, you may just be able to clear the JEE Main Cut, or in simpler terms secure just above 90-93 Percentile. Assuming you are General/OBC you wont really secure a good seat at this Score. For better preparation for JEE, you need to get a step ahead and target anywhere above 96 Percentile for better Scope and Prospects during Counselling ,irrespective of the Fact whether you are General or belong to certain Category.
