Some Of the question in the nta abhyas app for neet mock test are out of ncert context particularlyin bio. is this an indication tha actual neet 2020 will have such questions

Anil Kumar Yadav 16th Aug, 2020

Hello dear,

According to me if you are preparing for something and the concept of the preparation is cleared then you can solve anything related your preparation. As you are preparing for NEET and your concept are clear at coaching center, school or by self studying then you no need study more books for enhancement of knowledge because when you prefer more for a concept then you little bit confuse (More knowledge more confusion, Less knowledge less confusion and No knowledge no confusion). So, yes can practices as many as you wish on any app or any model paper of NEET paper if your concept are clear then your are able to solve all that problems.

So, from above paragraph I want to say that if your concept are clear in NEET then you may prefer any application .

Is ncert exemplar maths class 12 and 11 good for jee mains and boards?

Hrisheekesh Singh 15th Aug, 2020

Hi Aditya,

Yes, NCERT Exemplar of Class 11th and 12th Maths are useful for JEE Mains. But, NCERT Exemplar is enough to get good marks in board exams, for JEE Mains studying Exemplar is not at all sufficient. You are required to study several other reference books also. Studying NCERT Exemplar for JEE Mains can fetch you around 30% Marks in JEE Main Maths Examination.

Feel free to ask doubts in the Comment Section.

I hope this information helps you.

Good Luck!

is ncert biology 11,12 text books are enough to get good marks in NEET 2020??? Now I am master over biology textbooks ,but in some 2020 model papers questions are beyond the textbook.... will I read some more books regarding biology to get good marks plz suggest me...

priyaankasarkar Student Expert 12th Aug, 2020

Harsha, 98% of the questions from NEET are asked from syllabus as in NCERT books alone. Its the 2% that comes from other sources. Like for example, Earthworm and Frog are not included in NEET syllabus. But there have been times when there are questions asked about both in the previous exams. So it is good to be prepared. You can try these books:

Biology Best Books:

NCERT Biology Class XI and Class XII textbooks
Biology Vol 1 and Vol 2 by Trueman
Objective Biology by Dinesh
Objective Botany by Ansari
Pradeep Guide on Biology
GR Bathla publications for Biology

But given the fact that there is hardly a month to prepare for NEET, will you be able to cover all these. But yes, these books can help you gain knowledge over those additional 2% as well. So practise previous question papers. They usually give you a clear idea of what to expect.

I am in 12th right now and I am preparing for COMEDK 2021. I know the concepts and formulas but I am unable to solve complex questions from my guide and previous year papers. But then when I look at the solution in the answer key I understand. What should I do? I am using dinesh kcet guide and ncert

aneeqachapoo 12th Aug, 2020
Dear aspirant,
COMEDK, firstly it is not an easy task to do. It is a very tough exam but as you know there is not any exam which is impossible to clear.
My first suggestion to you is that go through your 12th board and then when it comes to your COMED exams. Firstly, practice and practice! Practice is the most important part of learning and to clear any exam you need to practice a lot. First try those examples that are easy and then slowly move to the tough questions and then complex questions.
Take any guide of yours, firstly check the examples and then close the book and try it on your own. And then slowly come to complex questions and try the same scheme for those questions as well.
Have a fresh mind and focus on the examples and questions, how those have been solved? Which formulae have been used? It doesn't matter if you know all the formulae, go through them again again and if you find any question difficult to solve, see the solution on the guide and try to solve that question again and again. Go for mock tests and also try to solve more previous year papers. You will definitely crack it.

Best of luck for your exams.
Hope this helps,
Thank you.

is couching material enough to score 160 in neet chemistry with ncert?

AJAY KUMAR POLAVENI 12th Aug, 2020

hello there!

yes, it may be enough but we cant be very sure of it as, NCERT is like the road map, blue print it has all the information but it is not sufficient for the preparation, You must need some additional help. This is because in NCERT the topics are written in a very concise manner and you'll find it hard to get everything from NCERT alone. Use another resources like OP Tandon books. and as the opics in NCERT sre very concise you need to go through very carefully to prepare each topic.
