See in whichever state you are seeking admission in MBBS course or BDS course you should have just qualified NEET UG and so you just have to cross the minimum qualifying marks as released by NTA which are enlisted below for 2021 :-

-->>> General - 50th percentile - 720-138 marks

-->>> SC/ST/OBC - 40th percentile - 137-108 marks

-->>> General-PwD - 45th percentile - 137-122 marks

Now with NT-C category you need to have at least 500-520 or more marks out of 720 marks in NEET UG 2021 as per previous year's cut-off because for this year counselling is still under process so cut-offs for this are yet to be finalized after all the rounds of NEET UG counselling.

See if you got seat in round 1st of NEET UG counselling then you can apply for upgradation of that seat in round 2nd and once you get an upgraded seat in round 2nd then the seat allotted to you earlier would be cancelled automatically and in case if you do not get an upgraded seat in round 2nd then you can retain the seat allotted to you in round 1st. If you also want to upgrade your seat after round 2nd then you can apply for upgradation in mop-up round.

Also note that the counselling process varies from state to state and since you have not mentioned whether you are asking about state quota counselling or AIQ counselling so I have provided you common information as per the information brochure of MCC. For accurate information please help us with the name of authority of counselling through which which you are getting allotment.

You are eligible for applying Management quota seats also. Colleges will be having three types of seats. So, you can apply for Deemed seats or NRI seats or both of them.

Both colleges are good but gmc that is Government medical College is mostly preferred by the students.

The first year MBBS fees in this college is Rs 36000/- and the eligibility criteria for this course is you must have completed class 10th and class 12th with a score of 50% in total.

The fee structure is different for different year.

The hostel facilities and the mess facilities are quite good. The hostel fees is also affordable.

The quality of mess food is also good.

Since you have not mentioned the name of counselling like whether you are talking for AIQ counselling or state quota counselling so considering it as AIQ NEET UG counselling conducted by MCC, if wrong then please correct me in the comment section below :-

You can take part in mop-up round of NEET UG AIQ counselling only if you do not owe any seat. See if you took an exit after results of round 1st or you had applied for upgradation in round 2nd and suppose if you do not get an upgraded seat and if you take an exit with forfeiture of your security fee or you got an upgraded seat in round 2nd and again you want to upgrade it in mop-up round then you can take part in mop-up round but in any other case like if you joined that seat then you cannot apply for mop-up round.

As far as your rank is concerned that is 77k in neet 2021 you have fair chances as per the previous years cut off to get nih Kolkata but there are also certain factors that needs to be considered.

Medical Council of India has set noms and standards to delineate the candidates who has certain disabilities, from being eligible to be a part of the MBBS course.

As per MCI, hearing disability of equal to or more than 40 percentage are not eligible and to be eligible less than 40 percentage should be their.
