No you cannot directly participate in the round 2 of Bihar NEET 2021 counselling. There is no registration for participating in the second round. Last date to submit the application form was January 22, 2022. To participate in both the rounds candidate needs to submit the application on or before the last date. The Bihar Combined Entrance Competitive Examination Board (BCECEB) is the authority that conducts the admissions for Bihar MBBS/BDS 2021. Security fee- 200000

Counseling fees is non refundable but you will get back your security fees in case of not getting admission. If you get admission then your security fees is adjusted with your allotted college fee.

With reference to yoru above mentioned query, i would like to tell you that the NEET PG 2021, counselling mop-up round has already begun and the registration for the same has already started. The Medical Counselling Committee (MCC) has started the registration procedure for the National Eligibility cum Entrance Test Postgraduate, or NEET PG 2021, counseling mop-up round, which will continue till March 7, 2022.

The mop-up round for NEET UG 2021, however, will begin from 10th of march, 2022 till 14th march, 2022.

The mop-up round is conducted for NEET MBBS/BDS admission to vacant seats in deemed and central universities including ESIC, AIIMS and JIPMER

This round is the final round of counselling and no further rounds are conducted.
