NEET 2022
Dear aspirant
To get ESIC quota you should must have IP ward certificate and it's counseling in conducted under 15% AIQ counseling for NEET.
NEET 2021 cut off marks for getting ESIC medical College through IP ward quota was 509 marks for OBC category in mop-up round and in NEET 2020 cut off marks were 537 marks for OBC category to ESIC medical College.
So if we see last two year trends 530-550 would be safe score to get seat in IP ward quota in ESIC medical College.
You lag behind by many marks and based on your expected marks you will have very less chances to get a seat in ESIC medical College even through IP ward quota.

All the best
Maharashtra state quota counseling neet 2021 cut off marks for OBC category was 554 marks in GMC, gondia after completion of all round. Further in 2020 cut off marks was 568 marks for OBC category in GMC, nandurbar.
Now If we compare your expected marks then you there is large difference between your marks and last two year trends for cut off marks,so it's very rare that you will get govt medical College in Maharashtra state quota counseling. Getting you BDS govt seat is also tough for you.
You can go for private medical colleges or BDS college at your expected marks.
You have chances to get govt BAMS and BHMS also in Maharashtra state quota counseling,so you can look at these two options also.

Dear Aspirant,
Even if you happen to score 500 Marks in NEET 2020 exam, you may get a seat in any Government college, even last year also the government college cut-off was above 500, but as you have a category certificate and with state domicile, you can get college which is decent enough.
Hoping best for your future.
No, a candidate cannot use the previous year's NEET score to take admission in government, private or deemed medical college.
Only the current year's NEET score is applicable to take admission to various colleges across the country. Hence, only the results of NEET 2022 can be used and not NEET 2021's.
For deemed medical colleges, a candidate must score 590+ for colleges such as KMC Mangalore and Manipal, Hamdard Institute of Medical Sciences etc. Or a score such as 250+ can also fetch you a seat in Jawaharlal Nehru Medical College, Wardha, SRM Medical College, GITAM Medical College etc.
The cut off varies each year depending on various factors such as number of newly opened medical colleges, category of the student, difficulty level of the exam and number of students who attempted the paper.
Hope you are doing well
According to previous year's cut off trends candidates from OBC category required minimum 40th percentile to qualify for BHMS seat in government college. With the score you have mentioned above your percentile would be around 45-50th percentile. There are pretty good chances that you can get admission in government college for BHMS in Andhra Pradesh. You can apply through state quota if you belong to that particular state, since state counselling has provided 85% of seats to the state quota. I have mentioned list of government colleges you can get admission in, check them out :
Dr NTR University of Health Science, Vijaywada
Dr Allu Ramalingaiah Government Homeopathic Medical College, Rajahmundry
Dr Gururaju Government Homeopathic medical college and Hospital, Gudivada

Good luck!!
Here is the previous year cut-off rank list for the OC category for Category A seats in Andhra Pradesh-
Konaseema Institute of Medical Sciences- 543
Vishwabharthi Medical College- 528
NRI Institute of Medical Sciences- 531
PES Institute of Medical Sciences- 531
Katuri Medical College- 548
As you can see, the cut off lies in a range of 530+ marks. So, you have very low chances of getting a CATEGORY A seat. However, you can get admission in CATEGORY B seats, which have an annual fee of 12 lakh per annum.
