Hey aspirant
Predicting admission based on rank ia difficult as cut off depends on various factors like toughness of exam, number of candidates appeared, number of seats available. chances of getting admission for government medical college for above mark is very low. always remember this is based on previous year sources. For 545 your All india rank will be between 50-70k. In previous years closing rank for government medical colleges via AIQ was around 17k. So with above mark getting a government medical college will be difficult. Your percentile will be around 96. You can predict your rank in below link. https://medicine.careers360.com/neet-rank-predictor?utm_source=qna&utm_medium=neet_rp

Neet 2022 paper was moderate. Paper was lengthier comparing to previous year. Biology paper was easy. Most of the questions are from ncert. Some are directly from lines of ncert. Long statement based questions were present. Only2-3 questions were conceptual all others are ncert centric.
Coming to chemistry most of them are based on ncert statement, facts, . Some conceptual questions were present in section A. Numericals were less.
In physics, majority of them were numerical. Section B was little tough. Questions were also based on ncert.
This analysis could vary according to person his persoective, the coaching centre they studied.
Hello aspirant,
I am assuming you belong According to the previous year cut off of Government medical colleges in Uttar Pradesh, you have low chance of getting one, as the last allotted college was Government Medical College, Jaunpur at 613 marks, through the state quota.
Please note that cut off varies each year depending on various factors such as difficulty level of the exam, number of students attempting the paper and category of the student. Even if the cut off goes low, it might only touch 590-620 marks for general category students.
You have very good chances of getting into the following private colleges in Uttar Pradesh-
Subharti Medical College, Meerut
Sri Ram Murti Smark Medical College, Bareilly
Heritage Institute of Medical Sciences, Varanasi

It is difficult to predict the college you can get it as cut off varies every year depending on various factors such as the number of students attempting the paper, category of the student and difficulty level of the exam.
However, if we look at the previous year cut off, the candidate belonging to OBC category and a ward of an Ex-serviceman, scored 606 marks.
The college allotted to the candidate was Government Medical College, Siddharth Nagar. Looking at your score, you have good chance of getting into this college.
Another candidate of OBC category and a ward of an Ex-serviceman scoring 597 marks got allotted ASMC, Deoria.

Hello Aspirant,
Since you have not mentioned your Home state so considering it as AP according to your profile, if wrong then kindly correct me in the comment section below.
See it is quite difficult to help you with the exact list of colleges as the cut-offs keep on changing every year but yes we can provide you the list of colleges that you can get based on previous years cut-off data.
So according to the data, on such marks and category you have almost no chances for any of the government medical colleges but you have good chances of getting management quota seat in some private medical colleges in AP under state quota according to previous year's cut-off.
As we go through previous year's cut-off then it shows that you have chances in following colleges :-
Fathima Institute of Medical Sciences, Kadapa
Nimra Institute of Medical Sciences, Vijayawada
You can check out previous year's cut-offs from the link given below :-
