------------) kind of marks obtained by them ,
------------) toughness level of the neet examination
------------) number of seats available
------------) the category you are from etc
Anyway,
when we go through previous year trends
>>>>>> With 470 marks,

ST 40th 137-108
OBC 40th 137-108

Hey ,
That's a quite decent score when it comes to scoring in such competitive exams like NEET. With a score of 400 in the NEET Exam, you can get an MBBS seat, However, you need 400+ marks to get admission into a government medical college.
400 score is a decent score to get a MBBS admission in the NEET Counselling under a private college.
If your score is 400 or 400+ then you should apply under Deemed University counselling which is conducted by MCC.
Then you can attend the KEA counselling which is Karnataka state counselling body. They allow even non Karnataka candidates to take part in the counselling.
Yes you can take part in your state counselling too and should be able to get a seat.
As far as private medical colleges fee is concerned it varies from state to state and college to college. As of now minimum fee in private college is around Rs. 6.16 Lakhs per annum.
Even you can get a seat in good deemed medical college. Fee of deemed medical colleges varies from 12 Lakhs per annum to 25.75 Lakhs per annum.
Apart from that there are a number of good reputed private colleges as mentioned below:

Hello aspirant,
With 400+ Marks you won't be getting any govt mbbs seat through aiq but can try state quota. Try using this link to predict college https://medicine.careers360.com/neet-college-predictor?utm_source=qna&utm_medium=neet_cp
Neet 2021 cut off marks for BAMS in govt college in all india Ayush counseling went upto AIR 166044 and 421 marks for sc category in second round of counseling. It would have decreased in further mop-up and stray vaccancy round.
AS if we compare then your marks is 420 which is on border line almost, so if cut off stay same then you have good chance of getting govt BAMS seat in all india Ayush counseling.
Usually state quota cut of marks goes lower then all india Ayush counseling, so you will have better chance there so you can try for that.
You can use college predictor tool for knowing chance of you getting admission in various MBBS BDS or ayush medical College. Link is below
hope this information helps you
