To get government medical college, a candidate must need minimum 500+ score for sc category candidate to get mbbs seat in All india quota Or 450+ for home state quota.. YES, this criteria is applicable for NEET Examinations as well. The fees of 50 per cent seats in the private medical colleges and deemed universities will be on par with that of government medical colleges of the state or Union Territory , according to the National Medical Commission (NMC) guidelines.
This means that those students who are selected under the quota will have to pay 50% of the fees fixed for private-quota seats in private colleges as per prescribed by the state government/fee fixation committee from time to time. The fees for MBBS seats for private quota in private medical colleges in Rs 9.94 lakh .

It is difficult to determine which colleges you can get for your NEET UG score because cut-offs changes from year to year and depends on many factors like
1. Number of seats available.
2. Difficulty level of the exam.
3. Number of students appeared in the exam.
4. Caste Category of the students.
It is difficult to get A Category seat in Private Medical Colleges in Telangana based on previous year's cut-offs for your NEET UG score. So, you can try for Management quota seats in Telangana Medical Colleges.
