You've filled your category wrong in the NEET application, there might be 2 scenarios :-

1. If you're from unreserved (General) category and have filled out for the reserved categories. The reserved category candidates need to show the proof for the same and you mightn't be having it, either the form needs to be corrected or you have to apply again.
2. If you're from the reserved category and have filled out for the unreserved category then you can give the exam without correction and have to score according the trend for the unreserved candidates and you can be admitted through the same.

Note- If you belong to reserved category and wrongly you have filled up as general category then during counseling YOU WILL BE TREATED AS GENERAL CATOGORY AND NOT RESERVED CATEGORY STUDENT and this may prove to be a unpardonable mistake on your part if you miss out a government college at particular rank a. Read NEET Brochure carefully.

At your score it would be very difficult to get a mbbs seat in ST category through all india quota,  since cuttoff has shot up since 2019. You can try for other courses like bds , bams etc or look in the state quota seats.

Getting a seat through all india quota at these Marks is not easy in general category,  but you can always try for state quota seats or try for dental or private college. As cuttoff for Tamil nadu was around 500 last year..
