Due to some other reason NTA have provided such option. But in general there are no such quota for girl child. Mainly there are reserved seats for EWS, OBC, SC, ST and there can be some specified seats such as for Army brats etc. But there are no such quota for single girl child.

Don't get tensed even if you have uploaded the wrong photograph. See you should have uploaded the photographs as per the specifications prescribed by NTA which is also given below :-
Now suppose you have uploaded the photographs of some other specifications then don't worry wait for few days, and wait till the NEET correction window if this error gets removed and it gets verified by an admin then it is ok otherwise you can again make the changes in the image uploaded by you during the NEET 2021 correction window(August 11th-14th) as per the specifications mentioned above. also given steps to make correction in it :-
** Visit the official site of NEET 2021and click on the button saying' Correction in NEET UG 2021 Application form'.
** Now login using his login credentials.
** Edit/delete/modify the details whichever required in NEET 2021 application form.
** After making corrections just click on 'Preview and Submit' and then preview the form if it does not require further modification then just submit it.
** Now you will get an OTP on your registered mobile number and e-mail, just enter it and your correction will be submitted.
** Now take the print out of the NEET correction slip for future references.

You are eligible for NEET even if you have studied Biology as an additional single subject after your 12th
This is because,
The eligibility of students with Biology as an additional / optional subject is in the supreme court but until it gives its judgement students, these students are eligible for neet.
So, you are eligible provided you must have got at least 50 % in aggregate of PCB i.e Physics, Chemistry and Biology /biotechnology in 12th examination if belongs to general category , or at least 40% in aggregate of PCB if belongs to Obc/ Sc /st category.

While filling the form one needs to fill her / her class 12 Roll number. Thus, you need fill the Roll number which you have on your class 12th certificate and not the Roll number which you have on the certificate of single subject Biology additional . . During document verification you will have to carry both certificates.

For the 5 th subject you can choose any subject other than listed above.

Yes, you can correct your uploaded images using neet correction window . So don't worry
Neet correction window will open on 11th August and the last date to use it is 14th August.
Here's how you can use it to change the uploaded images :-
* visit neet.nta.nic.in
* login using your application number and password
* An option to change the images will be there on your screen, click on it
*Now you can change your uploaded images
*Then you will get an otp on your registered mobile number which you will have to enter in order to confirm your correction.

Don't worry there is no need to fill another NEET 2021 Application form because the images, uploaded wrong means in specifications other than the prescribed one than you can change them during NEET 2021 Correction window which will be live from August 11th to 14th.
So if required then you can modify the images during the NEET correction window which will be live from August 11th to 14th 2021 and you can follow the given steps to make correction in it :-
You can't enter 202 as a code as such codes aren't available for NEET form fill up. Now from 6th August the correction window will be open so you can apply for correction in the correction window and you have nothing to worry about it.

SK is a well known abbreviation for Shaikh, thus I would say there will not be any problem in your counselling sessions. But if you want to be safe then you can keep a Gazetted Officer attested copy statement which will certify that the name with Sk and Shaik both the names belong to the same person. For this you can reach out to your DM or Depty. Magistrate and they will do it for you. But in general there are no big problems about it but its better to be safe.
