Hello Aspirant,
See if your photo follows the given specifications then it is ok there is no need to correct it but if not then you might face some problems because now even correction wi dow is closed :-
>>>>>>> The recent photograph should be either in colour or black and white with 80% face (without mask) visible including ears against a white background.
>>>>>>> Scanned photographs, signature, and Left and Right hand Fingers and Thumb impression should be in JPG format (clearly legible).
>>>>>>> Passport size photograph (10-200 Kb in JPG format),
However Name & date are not compulsory to be mentioned on the photograph but your face should be clearly visible including both the ears and background should be of light colour.
Now nothing can be done, just wait and watch and also note that only for this issue your form will hardly be rejected so don't worry too much for it.

See, if you have provided some information in the NEET application form which is different than your actual real credentials, then leave the examiner, you will face massive problems when you'll actually go to take admission into any college as the information mismatch will create a lot of complications.
So, the best way out is that contact the NTA and ask them to correct the information on your admit card or else your candidature may be cancelled. All the best!
