Hello Dear,
In most entrance exam your class tenth report card is the used to know your date of birth, so as long as you think that your basic details like parents' name, dob, marks etc are clearly visible you are good go.
Personally I'd advice you to get it done by some cyber cafe as they have better devices and can get your work done within minutes.
Hope this helps! All the best!

Hope you are doing great as per the question asked by you, as you have are having difference of names in two documents so you are suggested to make it even or same in both the documents else it can create problem at the time of counselling or admissions as any discrepancy can cause cancellation of admissions also.
Hello student!!
As per your query I would like to inform you that since you have different names in your class X, class XII marksheet and your birth certificate/ caste certificate. This will definitely cause problem in NEET form during verification process.
So, I would recommend you to make a affidavit duly signed by the magistrate stating that both the persons one in class X marksheet and birth certificate are same. You need to present this affidavit during the time of document verification.
Hope it helps!!!!!
Hello aspirant,
A candidate is not eligible for a medical course in the disability quota if he/she has a visual or hearing impairment equal to or more than 40% disability. Since you have less than 40% hearing disability, you can apply for the PWD quota. The MCC has allotted 13 centres that issue disability certificates to required candidates- such as Institute of Post Graduate Medical Education & Research (IPGMER), LHMC Delhi, SMS medical college Jaipur.
Only certificates issued from the mentioned centres will be eligible to avail the 5% PWD quota. Here is a complete list of the centres- https://view.mahacet.org/mahacet/admin/news_document/final23122021.pdf
Hope it helps!
