In NEET exam application, left hand thumb impression is required alongwith your signature.
But you can put right hand thumb impression in case of injury or any other issue.
No, no form gets rejected because of this reason.

Because the Time line for NEET UG 2021 goes like :-
** Online submission of Application form : July 13th to August 10th 2021
** Last date of online fee submission : August 10th 2021 till 11:50 PM
** Correction window : August 11th to August 14th 2021
** Exam city declaration : August 20th 2021
** Admit card release : 3 days prior to the NEET UG 2021 examination.
** Examination date : September 12th 2021

Now if you are asking for next year then at this moment it is not appropriate to guess any fixed because all dates depend upon the further circumstances, so let NEET 2021 be completed then around the month of January 2022 NTA will announce the dates for NEET 2022.

Hope you are doing well .It is clearly mentioned in the neet bulletin that the candidate can use his / her left or right thumb impression so you will not have a problem during your exam as your left hand was not well .
