They will not reject your application, but in case you will fails to produce proper EWS/OBC certificate at allotted Medical College then you will not be permitted to join the allotted Medical College and your category will be changed open for the next round. Generally the validity of OBC NCL Certificate for Central Government is 1 Year and Whereas Validity of OBC NCL Certificate for State Government is 3 years.
So when you select OBC-NCL as your category, you are entitled to reservation. And if you qualify in NEET and when you appear for counselling because you benefitted from OBC-NCL as your category, you are supposed to submit the proof of OBC-NCL certificate for authentication purposes. In order to qualify as an OBC non-creamy layer candidate, the applicant's parents' annual income should be less than Rs. 8 lakhs. Salary and agricultural income are not to be considered as income for calculating annual income for creamy layer status.

Hi aspirant,
See this is not a very big problem if you are participating in All India counselling conducted by MCC as address will not have a direct relevance. You can simply submit an affidavit with a valid address proof and state that the wrong address was by virtue of of an unintentional mistake. Now if you are participating in any state counselling then it will surely cause a problem as if you do not belong to a particular area or region then the domicile rules are haltred and violates the 85% reservation rule. However if it is a small mistake like wrong pin code or wrong street number etc. then it can be managed.
Hope it helps!!
See it may cause problems and obstructions as the SSLC certificate is used as a proof for DOB as well as the name on it would not match to those of recent documents as well as to the class 12th certificate which would be generated. To avoid this you should apply for modifications in SSLC in your regional education board office with an affidavit claiming all the changes and supported by relevant documents.
