Yes you can attend three rounds of NEET counselling. The Medical Counselling Committee (MCC) on behalf of the Directorate General of Health Services (DGHS) will conduct the NEET 2021 counselling in the online mode. The dates for the counselling are not yet declared. Keep an eye on the official website for the latest information. Students need to pay their NEET 2021 counselling registration fee online mode. NEET 2021 was held on September 12. Authorities will conduct two rounds of AIQ online counselling i.e. Round 1 and Round 2.

You will not face any problems in NEET counselling if you did not went for document verification in KCET as both process are conducted by independent and different bodies which have no connection in between them. You can apply for the registration for neet all you need to do is mention your registered number and all other required details that are asked. Then you have to make the payment through the mode of your choice. All you have to do is visit their official website and you'll be guided through the process.

During the counseling the candidate is asked to provide their domicile certificate. So you can a pply for two states at a time and also avail state quotas in different colleges if you qualify the eligibility criterias for it. The Public notice released by the National Testing Agency, NTA stated following-
"NTA has provided All I ndia Rank to the candidates and the admitting Authorities will draw a merit list based on All India R ank for the seats of MBBS/BDS falling under their jurisdiction. When candidates apply to their State, t hey will mention their category as per State Category List. State Counselling Authorities will a ccordingly make their Merit List. The same is the case with the domicile."
It clearly states that candidates registering for state counseling will write their category as per state category list. So if your category comes in the OBC category as per state category list then you will able to claim the reservation benefits for OBC Students.

Yes definitely you can take part in NEET counselling of either state quota or of AIQ even if you took part in CET counselling. If you are not satisfied with the seat allotted in CET counselling then you can definitely tri in NEET Counselling.
Till now MCC, the counselling authority for AIQ counselling has not released any notification or any announcement regarding dates for NEET 2021 counselling.
But it is expected to start anytime soon so you should keep regular check on the official website of MCC as given below :-
