No, you don't require birth certificate for NEET counseling. Instead you have to show your class 10 marksheet for your date of birth. They will ask you to show class 10 mark sheet to verify your date of birth. And they will also ask for class 12 marksheet for your class 12 percentage verification.

See there are no such instructions available regarding the domicile certificate. Although If possible I would recommend you to update it then you will have no problem to face. If its required or not you are on the safe side. As per the notification there are no such dates mentioned, so you have nothing to worry about if you don't update it.

NEET 2021 counselling dates will be announced soon for admission to MBBS, BDS, AYUSH, BVSc & AH and BSc Nursing courses. To register for NEET counselling 2021 first round, aspirants need to enter their personal, academic, NEET-UG, contact and other details. Students need to pay their NEET 2021 counselling registration fee online mode. During the MCC NEET counselling 2021, aspirants need to fill the choices of colleges as well as courses for admission.

The dates for the counselling are not yet declared. Keep an eye on the official website for the latest information. Students need to pay their NEET 2021 counselling registration fee online mode. NEET 2021 was held on September 12. Authorities will conduct two rounds of AIQ online counselling i.e. Round 1 and Round 2.
