Hello Nishanth!
This happens when many people try to access simultaneously and fill the application form. Sometimes the heavy load on server makes it difficult to handle. Do not panick! Wait for some time and then try again. It is always advisible to fill the application form during the time when the traffic on the server is not heavy. So try after sometime.
Hello student,
With a rank of around 6,00,000+ in neet exam, if you are expecting a seat in the government medical colleges, then it is quite impossible, as the closing ranks were around 30,000 for medicine when comparing the results of the past years.
Yet, ranks and scores vary each year depending on state quotas, difficulty level of the question paper and so on. However, you can also predict the colleges which you are likely to get using the below mentioned link:

Hey,
The NCL certificate stands for NON CREAMY LAYER certificate that is a proof for a student belonging to a OTHER BACKWARD CLASS ( OBC).
The NCL-OBC certificate helps students to get reservation of seats at the time of NEET counseling. In order to prove your category you need to submit the NCL certificate at the time of counseling.
Hope that helps.
Thank you.
