NEET Counselling
Hi Zeba ,
If you want to pursue Physiotherapy, it is not mandatory to clear NEET entrance exam. There are many good and well renown universities in which the general eligibility criteria for pursuing Physiotherapy is to Pass with 60% aggregate marks in 10+2 (with English, Physics, Chemistry and Biology).
Common Entrance Test ( CET ) and the All India Medical Entrance Examination (AIMEE) are the two major exams to get into the Bachelor's Degree Physiotherapy Course .
Those who have cleared the NEET -UG 2020 exam as per the cutoff specified by NTA are eligible to participate in the counselling process. NTA does not conduct the NEET UG counselling , and it is the responsibility of the MCC (Medical Counselling Committee) to conduct the NEET UG 2020 counselling .
Hope this will help you..
THANK YOU
Hi there,
To get admission into the Pharmacy course, students have to complete their 10+2 education & apply for national level or state level Pharmacy entrance exam . ... Few Institutions offer direct admission into the Pharmacy programme without appearing in an entrance test on the basis of the 12th marks.
NEET Marks are not compulsory/required for admission in pharmacy courses therefore you can approach a college you desire and look if it has its own entrance exam or not/ if not then you can directly apply on basis of your 10+2.
Hope that helped...
Good Luck !!

HAPPY HUSTLING!
For physiotherapy and pharmacy, the eligibility is as follows:
Some colleges take admissions without entrance exam marks while some have their own entrance exams for admitting to such courses.
For applying to these courses, first select the colleges in which you wish to take these courses in and then apply individually by going to their respective websites.
NEET counselling is only for MBBS/BDS courses but NEET scores are considered for admissions in BAMS/BHMS/BPT etc such courses.
Hope this helped...
Hello!
NEET counselling is done for MBBS and BDS courses by MCC. Whereas for courses like B.A.M.S, BHMS, B.U.M.S, BSMS candidates need to register under Ayush NEET counselling. For other paramedical courses you have to apply directly through respective college admission portal. This is because for phyiotherapy courses like Bachelor of physiotherapy, NEET is not mandatory. It depends on institutions. Some institutes admit through both NEET and boards exam whereas others consider just boards marks.

Hiii..
Hope you are doing good.
To be specific, yes, a name mistake is going to cost you a lot.
I dont know specifically the mistake you did, but let me just give an example for myself.
My father's middle name is " SANKARA" and I mistakenly wrote it "SANKAR" in the online application.
This has costed me a lot of time during the counselling procedure.
Dont do the same mistake.
Always check and recheck the name.
Dont even write the abbreviation of your or your parents' name.. always write the full name.
But as you had already done the mistake,
You will have to write an email to the concerning authorities. They may not respond to only one, so write 4-5 mails till they reply.
This is a serious issue, dont take this lightly.
Hope I helped.

Hello aspirant
As you might have an idea that this year cut off gone rise 30-40 marks above then previous year as topper Mark is itself 19 marks above then previous year. As per your marks and category you have very High chances that you will grab a government seat through the state quota counseling of Rajasthan. Last year lowest cut off for SC was for Government Medical College, Barmer- AIR 75029 (461 marks). as this year neet ranks are very high at good marks too. So you might will have pretty decent options too choose almost 5-6 colleges at your marks. As talking about upto which round you should go then from my opinion if you get a college in first round then go report their and go for upgradation in 2nd round. If u didn't get college of your choice in 2 nd round too then check if upgradation is available or not. Otherwise don't ever go in mopup round without having seat I mean if upgradation is not there then you should get admitted in 2nd round itself coz going for mop up without your seat locked is very risky.
