See you will receive the mail from NTA only if there would be any discrepancy found in the images section of your NEET 2021 Application form and it is little bit difficult to predict the time of informing because it depends upon the number of applications received by NTA per minute or some particular time frame but still expected time is within a week. So if there is discrepancy in the images uploaded by you in NEET 2021 Application form then you must be receiving the mail from NTA and there will be a link to remove that discrepancy before the correction window otherwise you will have to wait till the correction window gets opened for modification in any other details. NEET UG 2021 Correction window will open on August 11th and will be active till August 14th.

So if required then you can also modify the images during the NEET correction window which will be live from August 11th to 14th 2021 and you can follow the given steps to make correction in it :-

** Visit the official site of NEET 2021and click on the button saying' Correction in NEET UG 2021 Application form'.

** Now login using his login credentials.

** Edit/delete/modify the details whichever required in NEET 2021 application form.

** After making corrections just click on 'Preview and Submit' and then preview the form if it does not require further modification then just submit it.

** Now you will get an OTP on your registered mobile number and e-mail, just enter it and your correction will be submitted.

** Now take the print out of the NEET correction slip for future references.

Images should be uploaded in the prescribed specifications as given below :-

-->> Passport size photograph (10-200 Kb in JPG format),

-->> Signature (4-30 Kb in JPG Format),

-->> Class 10th certificate and category certificate(50-300 Kb in PDF Format),

-->> Left-Hand Thumb impression (10-200 Kb in JPG format) and

-->> Postcard size photograph (4"*6")(10-200 Kb in JPG Format).

The other details which are editable in NEET 2021 Application form are as follows :-

• Personal details - Father’s/mother’s name, date of birth, gender, birthplace, eligibility for 15% AIQ, ID card details among others

If you haven't submitted the application form yet you can change the uploaded image of photograph. If you have already submitted the application form then you cannot change the photograph during when the correction window is open. You can only change the uploaded images if NTA notifies you through registered Email ID or phone number. You need to change the uploaded images if you get notified by NTA.So please check for the email or SMS. If NTA hasn't notified you then consider that your application is accepted.

NTA authorities will verify your neet application form if there will be no mistake/discrepancy you will not get any message or email if they find one they will either mail you or send a message on the mob no you provided in applications form. Mainly they will message you only when there is discrepancy in image or signature most probably in 4-5 working day of the office. For personal details you should be aware that whether the data/information you had filled is correct or not. If it is not correct you can change through neet correction window facilities which will available from 11-14aug, you can also change your exam center during correction window if you are willing to do so. Keep checking your mail, message on regular basis or also you can login with your credentials on website and can check about it.

If you think you have filled every column rightly and you haven't recieved message then you don't need to worry about that just take printout of your confirmation page and keep it with you for future reference. You can continue your study without any worry.

Whether nta will mail you or not depends upon the mistake you have made.

For example,

------) If you have made a mistake in filling your name etc , then you won't get any mail and you will get your admit card with a wrong name /details as your details etc all are verified during document verification .

----) If there's any discrepancies in your uploaded images i. e it is not as per NTA's specifications then NTA mails you on your registered Email id for correction.

Even if NTA doesn't mail you and  your details are wrong then you can correct your details and can even  change images which doesn't meet prescribed specifications.

As per NTA guidelines, your photos background should be white.

But don't worry because,

Also, in case of any discrepancies in  your uploaded photograph in your application form, NTA mails you on your registered Email id.

Even if NTA doesn't mail and you can change Photos to meet the nta guidelines/specifications. So, don't worry you can change your photographs and upload new photographs with white background

Dear aspirants

During filling of neet form you will be needing your class 10th and 12th marksheet which contain various details like roll no, your school name, board name, school address and marks obtained in different subjects in your 12th. If you are 12th appearing student and results are not declared yet you didn't need to fill that.

For counselling purpose you will be needing both 10th and 12th passing certificate, marksheet, admit cards and transfer certificate of 12th class for admission. Otherwise there is no need of that during filling of neet form

When you change your category, from a  category for which application fee is less to a category for which application fee is more  . Then you have to pay the extra amount equal to the difference in the amount of application fee for the two categories.
