see generally for state quota counselling you have to showed the category certificates ssued by state authority of ews category, unless you will not have the benefits of seat reservation. if you are a domicile of west bengal your category certificates are also need to testify by the state authority for ews.
nevertheless you may do correction if you have the valid certificate.
neet ug form correction has started and would end on August 14, 2021, till 2:00 pm . So if you have the exact certificate of category you should take general category as an option to fill the form.

There's no booklet or anything like that comes to your address. If you have completed your full application form you get a confirmation email on the email id you provided. You can print your confirmation page either from the mail or also after the completion of neet application form it is available on the last step.
->Once the application fee is paid, a confirmation page or acknowledgement receipt will be generated. This means that the application of NEET 2021 has been successfully submitted.
•A copy of the NEET acknowledgement or confirmation page will also be sent to the registered email as well the mobile number of the candidates.
•candidates are advised to save this acknowledgement receipt for future reference. They are also advised to take a printout of the same for reference.
this acknowledgement or confirmation page have all the information needed in future like downloading admit card or for your neet application number.
If you completed application form correctly then you don't need to worry just keep checking mails and number you provided if any discrepancy will be there they will inform you to correct. Otherwise you can also change if you have filled anything wrong during correction window which will open from aug11-14.

According to the reservation criteria of NEET 2021, if a candidate falls under the central OBC list then he/she will be allowed to avail benefits of reserved category. As you mentioned that in OBC central list, you do not fall in the reserved category, so you will be treated as a general/open category candidate, thus you need to fill General category in the NEET application form.

No, it won't create any problem. See if you have different signature in class 12th admit card from that of NEET Application form then it is not goin to create any problem because there is no any compulsion to upload the same signature on the application form of NEET as on the class 12th admit card.

For hassle free NEET application process follow the steps given below :-
** Very first step is to visit https://ntaneet.nic.in/Ntaneet/Welcome.aspx and fill out the application form, then on first menu you have to do registration using your basic details such as name, father's name, mother's name, contact details and so on.
** Now on second menu item you will have to fill details like your academic performance, address, ID type, medium of question paper and so on.
** Then on Next menu item you have to upload some images such as your passport size photograph (10-200 Kb in JPG format), Signature (4-30 Kb in JPG Format), Class 10th certificate (100-300 Kb in JPG Format), Left-Hand Thumb impression (10-50 Kb in JPG format) and postcard size photograph (50-300 Kb in JPG Format).
** Then you have to proceed for payment of application fee which can be done only in online mode either through Credit/Debit card or UPI or NEFT/RTGS.
** Then after you have to take the print-out of the NEET Acknowledgement receipt.

Dear candidate, it depends on which year you passed from Karnataka State Board. You will fill NEET code 1 if you have class 12th this year or appearing in 12th. You will fill NEET code 2 if you are a dropper(passed 12th in two-three years)
