As per official update by NTA there are only some particular area where you can make changes when the corrections window open.
The corrections of self declaration depend upon the area you belong , if you belong to J& k state then you are eligible to make corrections in self declaration when corrections window open.

Don't worry it won't create any problem and your form is not going to be rejected merely for this issue but make sure that the image that you have uploaded should be as per specifications prescribed by NTA for class 12th passing certificate(not marksheet) :-
>>>>>>> The size of the scanned copy of Class 10 pass certificate should be between 50 kb to 300 kb(clearly legible).

If your date of birth is 2006 then extremely sorry, you are not eligible for neet and thus can't appear in it, leave counselling alone.
This is because,
To be eligible for neet 2022 one has to be at least 17 years old by 31st in the year of appearing for the examination i. e 31st December 2022 which means you should have been born on or before 31st December 2005

Here's the eligibility criteria for NEET 2022 :-
--------------------------) Qualification required :-As per Neet eligibility to be eligible for neet 2022 you must be either appearing for 12th board examination 2022 or should have passed 12th board examination with physics, chemistry ,biology/biotechnology and English as core subject.
†††Important Note :- Students with Biology as an additional subject are also provisionally eligible for neet until Supreme Court gives its judgement over it.
-------------------------) Percentage required :- You must get
at least 50 % in aggregate of PCB i.e Physics, Chemistry and Biology/Biotechnology in 12th examination if belongs to general category
at least 40% in aggregate of PCB if belongs to st/Obc/ Sc
at least 45 % in aggregate of PCB in case of pwd candidates to be eligible.

Lower age limit:- to be eligible for neet 2022 one has to be at least 17 years old by 31st in the year of appearing for the examination i. e 31st December 2022 in case of neet 2022
Upper age limit :-There's no upper age limit for NEET. Earlier there was upper age limit of 25 years which was pending in supreme court, on 9th march 2022 NMC in its notice has removed upper age limit. Just to be eligible if you fill wrong date of birth i. e 2005 then your candidature will be cancelled at the time of counselling/admission. No, you can't change DOB in counselling.

See if the image you have uploaded isn't appropriate as per the regulation of NEET, then you will sent the message for correction of the image and if you are not reverted back then you will receive the notification that your application is all in good. Also, the NEET will open correction window, you can change your image in that time also.

The passport size and postcard size photographs should be clicked on/after 1st September 2021. The same should be mentioned on the photographs, along with your name and date of clicking. The category certificate should be after 1st January 2022.
If you wish to make any changes regarding the documents uploaded, you can do so after the correction window opens, which will be after 15 May 2021. The NTA will notify you via email or SMS if there are any errors or discrepancies in any of the information uploaded previously.

As per your query I would like to inform you that if your form for National Entry Eligibility Test - NEET is rejected the registration fees will not be refunded . The form will be rejected only if you have entered incorrect details or against the guidelines issued by the National Testing Agency-NTA. You will be given chances to edit your details once the window will open for correction on May 15 you can edit the form if you filled something wrong.

this depends on the fact from where you have got your certification. if your certification says you are a private student then you have to fill your application form as a private student and if it says that you are a school student then you ahve to fill accordingly

Hope you are doing great as per the question asked by you, as you are not able to fill the N.E.E.T form from same mail id from which you tried filling up the form, so you are advised to fill the application form from different mail id which can be treated as another official id as last dates for filling up the form is 15th of May so you should try to fill the form as soon as possible.

However class 10th and 12th details were mandatory so you must have filled it in order to proceed further.
