While filling the application form, A scanned copy of the original marksheet is required . However you are not required to send/ courier the original marksheet anywhere.

There is no provision to cancel or withdraw NEET UG application form once it is submitted after the payment of application fee. So you cannot cancel the application form now. Your name in NEET UG application form must be filled as per class 10th or its equivalent certificate. As long as the name on class 10th certificate and the filled in details in application form are correct your candidature will not be rejected. The spelling must be same and the name should match given in NEET UG application form and class 10th certificate. NTA will open the correction window, only limited fields can be corrected such as

See if you have not got marksheet in class 11th then I would recommend you to not fill the section of class 11th details in NEET UG 2022 application form, because it is not mandatory, it is optional so if you do not have sufficient data for class 11th then you should not fill it.
