Yes you may face issues with this change of name.
You must make changes in your class xii marksheet and correct it with writting full name . Before applying Neet you should correct it.
For this you will have to apply for gazzette certificate, with that certificate, your problem will be solved .
Sometimes in adhar card or in any important document if there is small mistake in nand or surname , gazzette certificate helps in that case.
You will have to present gazzette certificate for further counseling process too.
One more thing, you must inform your college about this ( where you have completed class xii ) so that similar mistake doesn't happen in your class xii passing certificate.
You can prepare gazette certificate from government centers like ration card office or agents are also there like bond writers they will help you to get it.

As you have got 8 marks grace In chemistry subject , you should fill up the neet application form with 48 marks in chemistry .
As per neet eligibility criteria 2024 , the candidate must get minimum 50% marks in physics, chemistry and biology subjects along with English as mandatory subject. For sc/ st .category candidate there is 5% relaxation in minimum marks .
You must upload all required documents and fill the correct information , your personal data , marks etc. Before submitting the neet application form kindly check it twice . Sometimes candidate fill the wrong information by mistake and later , he has to face issues.
