Hello student,
You have not mentioned which state you belong to. Regardless of that, with a score of 311 in sc category, it is difficult to get a seat in the government medical or dental colleges when comparing the results of the past years.
Yet, ranks and scores vary each year depending on state quotas, difficulty level of the question paper and so on. However, you can also predict the colleges which you are likely to get using the below mentioned link:

Dear student At first congratulations and best wishes for your result . I can predict your All rank about 4-5 lakhs. I am afraid to say with this marks your chances to get government colleges are almost negative through All India counselling for 15% seats despite of SC category. You can still try in state counselling for remaining 85% seats . Different state counselling cut offs vary from each other. For different states it depend upon availability of colleges, student number etc various things . You have not mentioned your state . You must mention that for us to answer precisely. You must go for your respective state's counselling. Though chances for you are tough for you in there also for government colleges specially in MBBS and BDS and even in BAMS BPT BHMS too .However you can get easily many private medical colleges. You can further check on our link https://medicine.careers360.com/articles/neet-cut-off-for-government-colleges predict your chances here
Best Wishes.
Hello dear student,
We cannot be sure about it but there can be a chance that you might get admission in a government dental college based upon previous year cut off
Here I am mentioning the name of the colleges in which you can get admission.
While here I am attaching a link for your future reference where you can check if there are still chances in other colleges for you to get admission
Thank you
it will be difficult to predict if you can get admission into this course or not because this year cutoff have increase unexpectedly too high students with marks above 400 and below 550 or so , are not getting medical seats so they might take admission into these courses which means the competition is too high and you might not be able to get admission into this course.
It will be very difficult to say as you know cut off have increased a lot in comparison to the previous years. And even the students will not be able to get admission into MBBS and dental courses under government quota. so which increases the chances that students with higher marks will go towards the other courses like Ayurvedic Medical sciences and homeopathic medicine. which lowers your chances to get admission into this course as you have obtained very less marks .
I got 124 marks in neet can I get admission in bams collage and my cast is nt-B
Hello Aspirant,
Since you have not mentioned the state, I assume you belong to Telangana state, from your profile information. Cutoffs depend on the number of seats available, number of applicants, the highest marks scored that year etc. Based on the previous year cutoff for your category a rank below 50000 was fine for govt. seat but this year cutoffs have increased , hence it may increase a bit . But with your rank under home state quota you will sure have a good chance , so attend the counselling and see your options. Your rank is good for government BDS seats though in case you consider dental. Top private colleges are sure.
