As per your query if you want to upgrade your seat then you should either slide or float the seat that is allotted to you. But since you have mentioned that you already took admission then you would have to register yourself and forfeit the seat and if it is cancelled before last date only 1000 Rs will be deducted as processing money rest will be refunded and after that they would take fine according to the college rules.

Every year the admission in government college differ according to the cutoff and the difficulty level of the exam and also on the total number of candidates appeared in the exam
So, according to your score it is very difficult to predict either you will get chance for the admission in government college or not.
But yes you can apply in private dental colleges by your state quota or management quota.

You haven't mentioned your marks, nevertheless you can go through previous year cut-offs under state quota to get a idea regarding your admission possibilities against your respective category;
For government dental college
Government seats in private colleges;
Remember that cut-offs vary every year based on multiple factors like seat matrix, marks obtained in exam, toughness level of paper, total number of candidates participating in the exam etc.

You did not mention your Category and your State of Eligibility. But if you belong to General Category/OBC/EWS, you cannot get a Government Quota seat in Private Medical College with this score. You also have very less choices for Management Quota seat. You will have to prepare for NEET 2021 seriously and work harder. OBC category students in Karnataka are divided into 1, 2A,2B,3A,3B categories.
Castes which belong to 3B category at Lingayaths, Vaishnavas, Bunts, Digambara Jains, Christians, Maratha, Kuruba etc. as given by the Backward Classes department of Government of Karnataka.
