Hello aspirant,
You have just mentioned your score in your query and not your rank. This year, the maximum scores went as high as 720 and so according to previous year's data, a score of 471 will yield a much lower rank that that of previous year. Though the cutoffs for the different colleges vary each year, you still have a low chance at getting into the MBBS and BDS colleges through the All India quota seats (15%). Since you have a domicile of Haryana, you can get into the deemed government and private medical colleges though then State Quota seats (85%).

Hello,
You need to mention your state and category to further predict your colleges because the cut off for lower categories are low and there is 85% state quota.
But no worries you can predict the college on the link below and see the cut off on the provided link below that.
Thank you. All the best
Based upon the marks that you have scored, and for general category, you have better chances for the private colleges to study BDS for state quota seats. Now although the BDS cutoff marks are generally lower than that of MBBS, still for government colleges you have less chances. Check out the NEET 2019 UP cutoffs from the link provided below -

Dear Aspirant,
Your score is good. But not that good for Uttar Pradesh domicile students to get government seat with these score. A general candidate must score atleast 570 and above marks in NEET to secure government seat in Uttar Pradesh through state level quota. So its difficult to get a government seat with your score in Uttar Pradesh.
You can also predict your college by clicking on given below link.
Hope this helps
Since you have not mentioned your home state so considering it as Bihar according to your profile.
So on such marks and category you have no chances of getting government dental college in Bihar under state quota according to previous year's cut-off. As we go through previous year's cut-off then it shows that last year the lowest cut-off marks was 570 for Patna Dental College, Patna under Home state quota for OBC category. But yes you can get some private dental colleges like :-
And some more. You can check out previous year's cut-offs from the link given below :-

Note that the above prediction is made on the basis of previous year's cut-off and the cut-offs are bound to change every year depending upon various factors such as the number of candidates appearing in an examination, the number of candidates qualifying an examination, difficulty level of the paper, and so on.
