Karnataka Examination Authority will soon release the state rank merit list of students who took NEET in 2020. As per the statistics, there were around 89,359 candidates from Karnataka who gave NEET exam this year. Among them only 61.56% have qualified that is around 55,000 students. According to 2019 statistics the students who secured 500 marks had their state ranks in the range of 3000 and the number of students who applied was more than a lakh with 63.25% of them qualifying the exam.
So chances that your state rank will be around 2000-4000. Keep checking kea official website for updates.

You can wear loose pants of dark color for NEET-UG 2020, but it would have been better if it was light colored. Still, it is ok if you wear a dark colored pant. The guidelines say that you need to wear loose pants, and if it is loose, it is totally ok.

The dress code for NEET 2020 is as follows :
For Male candidates:
As per the COVID 19 safety guidelines, candidates must wear a mask and gloves.
As per the dress code of NEET, male candidates should ensure that they wear half sleeve shirts/T-shirts as full sleeve shirts are not allowed on the day of the examination.
Clothes worn by male candidates should be light ie., zip pockets, pockets, big buttons and clothes with elaborate embroidery should not be there.
Trousers and simple pants are a preferred NEET dress code 2020 for male candidates. Kurta pajama is not allowed.
Shoes are strictly prohibited inside the examination hall. It is advisable that candidates wear sandals and chappal with a thin sole.
For Female Candidates:
Females candidates must also wear a mask and gloves as per COVID 19 safety guidelines set by the authority.
Female candidates are advised not to wear clothes that have elaborate embroidery, flowers, brooches, or buttons as this is prohibited in the NEET dress code for female 2020 specified by NTA.
No clothes with full arm length sleeves should be worn on the day of examination. Following the dress code of NEET 2020, female candidates should wear half sleeve clothes.
Jeans with big pockets and fashionable will generally not be allowed for females as per the NTA NEET dress code. So, female aspirants, are advised to avoid wearing jeans on NEET 2020 exam day .
It is best to avoid high heels and thick sole shoes and instead opt for sandals or slippers. Low heel footwear is also allowed.
Female candidates must avoid wearing any kind of jewellery like earrings, nose rings, rings, pendants, necklaces, bracelet or anklets. Metal detectors may cause unnecessary hassle if the metal is found on the person.
On such marks and category you have no chances of getting any of the government colleges in UP under state quota according to previous year's cut-off. As we go through previous year's cut-off then it shows that you can get some private colleges for MBBS on such marks, some of the colleges are :-

Note that the above prediction is made on the basis of previous year's cut-off and the cut-offs are bound to change every year depending upon various factors such as the number of candidates appearing in an examination, the number of candidates qualifying an examination, difficulty level of the paper, and so on.
For this year NTA has released the dress code for NEET UG 2020 and according to that dress code females should not be wearing full arm clothes and half sleeve or sleeveless length clothes will be accepted so if you want to wear sleeveless top then you can. Note that you should also wear face mask and gloves as per guidelines issued by the authority.

If you want a seat through All India Quota Counselling then, go for a Deemed University as they allot their seats through All India Quota Counselling.
