NEET UG 2020
Hello aspirant,
Having Sc category reservation and securing 433 marks is not at all bad for a seat in MBBS or BDS college.
You have state domicile of Telengana, so you can apply to that state for state quota seats. https://medicine.careers360.com/articles/neet-cutoff-telangana follow this link for category wise cutoffs from previous years.
So, according to this you have chances in the colleges like:
Bhaskar Medical college, Anand Rao Institute, Dr. Patnam, Gov medical college Nalgoda, Suryapat, Kamineni, Mamata, Mediciti, Mahavir etc.
And, if you want to apply for Karnataka colleges you need domicile of that state, otherwise try through 15% AIQ seats.

Hello dear student,
The marks that you have obtained are really less. So it will be difficult for you to get admission into any of the government medical colleges or even in government dental colleges. The chances of you to get admission under management quota seats are also nil because of the low marks as this year cutoff have increased enormously high . I hope this was helpful
Thank you
