All communication from NTA is online through your Registered Email id and Mobile number. In most cases Alternative Email Id is only used when the Registered Email id is not working. Most Candidates do not even furnish an Alternative Id. Now regarding NTA sending a soft copy of the admit card, when you download the admit card from the official email id, a soft copy is sent to the Registered Email id. And it is not sent to the Alternative Email Id. Because the Information Bulletin states that all kinds of communication between NTA and a Candidate is strictly online through Registered Email Id and Mobile Number. No where does it mention that the communication with an Alternative Email id is possible. So if your Registered Email Id is working, then the Alternative Email id will not be used for communication purposes. The reason why an Alternative email id details are asked is just in case the Primmary Email id isnt working. But if it is working or active, there is no reason why NTA would communicate on the Alternative Email Id.
Dr. Bala, 676 is not a small score irrespective of the Category. And JIPMER has 200 seats in both of its branches and all seats are filled through All India Counselling following Constitutional reservations. And going by this, 676 is a score that can get your daughter a seat in JIPMER. Last year the top NEET score was 701. This year it might go atleast by 5-10 marks. Even going by that, 676 marks can get her a seat in JIPMET. So we would suggest you to wait for the NEET results and NEET merit list to be declared to check her score and then take a call. Hello aspirant
You have not mentioned your category. 546 marks are good but with these marks in general category it is difficult to get admission in government college. As you have domicile of Maharashtra you can participate in state counselling of Maharashtra. Though there are courses like bds, for bds you can get admission in government college. For mbbs you can apply in government as well as private college.

In 2019, under All India Counselling, an All India Rank of 4773 secured a seat in JNMC, Ajmer under OBC Category. That has been the cut off. Now with a score of 260, your All India Rank is 323239-342377. So with this rank, a seat in JNMC, Ajmer is tad difficult.

Abdul, MS Ramaiah is a Private Medical College and there are 3 Categories in Private Medical Colleges. Category A is the Government Quota Seats. And only candidates of the home State are eligible to apply for these seats. In 2019, 457 was the cut off under this Category for General Category. B Category seats are also called Management Quota Seats and they are filled through State Counselling and here in 2019, 477 was the cut off. So for both the quotas, unfortunately 260 is a less score. Having said that, the remaining seats are filled through direct Admissions by contacting the College directly provided the Candidate has registered for the respective State Counselling and has not been able to secure a seat in the Counselling. This is where you might have a chance. Here the fees is usually nothing less than 40 lakhs. The last Category is NRI seats Category and you cannot apply for that.
