This is the first time that AIIMS and JIPMER are conducting admissions through NEET score through All India Counselling and so it cannot be answered with certainity. But JIPMER has 200 seats and a score of 650 and above should secure a seat in JIPMER under General Category. This also depends on various factors like top NEET score and other cut off determining factors. Cut offs change every year depending on various factors such as no.of Candidates appearing for the exam, no.of Candidates qualified, top NEET score and difficulty of the exam. At this point in time, there is no clear notification regarding the same. A parents body has filed a PIL in the Supreme Court requesting for JEE Mains and NEET to be postponed further due to the increased cases. And Parents body from Gujarat also filed a PIL requesting NEET and JEE Mains to be conducted as per schedule without any delay. Supreme Court is yet to pass an order on it. So until there is an official notification regarding this from either NTA or MHRD, we have to assume that NEET will be conducted as scheduled on September 13th. There are 36 days more to go for the D day and anything might happen. If Supreme Court accepts the PIL, it might then ask MHRD and NTA to file in their petitions and then a call will be taken accordingly after all the pleadings are heard. So while it is still under hearing, we cannot say anything at this point in time. We have to wait to hear from either NTA or MHRD regarding the same. Until then the only wise thing to do would be to prepare for NEET as if it is going to happen on September 13th so that if the schedule doesnt change, you are not thrown off the guard. And if you are preparing for NEET, you may as well try our NEET Knockout package: https://learn.careers360.com/knockout-neet-may/ . And because you have 35 more days to prepare for NEET, you may as well use this opportunity.

As you mentioned you are from general category, based on your marks it is quiet difficult for you to get an admission in the government medical college as the cut off is much high. However you can try for semi government or private medical colleges.

With a score of 500, your rank might be approximately between 45023-51086. This is an expected rank range: https://medicine.careers360.com/articles/neet-result-marks-vs-rank . In 2019, under State Quota, 567 was the cut off for OBC Category GMC. And 511 was the cut off for NDMC which conducts its admission through IPU Counselling. And so, 500 is a tad less score. Having said that, this is based on 2019 data and cut offs change every year.
