hello,
Cutoff marks for SC category is 40%ile of total score. in score range :- 133-107. cutoff is same for every year. There is no different cutoff every year.
To get admission into good MBBS college then you have to score above 550 even if you belong to SC category. for general category, candidates have to secure score above 600 to get better college option.
You can also apply for BDS and BAMS through NEET UG. You can give a try if you have interest in it.
In coming years, cutoff rank range for MBBS will decrease by 3-5%. Prepare yourself to secure above 80% of total score no matter what change is done in coming years. stay in safe site and achieve your goal.
Hope it helps!

Hi
You have not mentioned the category you belong to so I am assuming you from general category if you belong to any other category then do let me know in comment .
In neet 2019, 461 marks was the lowest marks that was required for general category for getting mbbs seat in a government medical college under under Karnataka 85% State quota and it was for Bowring and Lady Curzon Medical College and Research Institute, Bengaluru
But cut off marks keeps changing every year depending upon various factors like number of students that appeared in the exam, kind of marks obtained by them , toughness level of the examination etc.
So , you should target at least 500 marks in your neet 2020 examination to be on the safer side
Thank you
